Two-Factor Authentication (PIN)

Each of the game servers (Kain x50 and Gran Kain x1) has additional authorization—a PIN that must be entered before logging in with the selected character. This PIN can be reset through the personal account. After requesting a PIN reset, await an email at the address provided during registration with further instructions.

How to top up the balance?

In the personal account, there is a replenish account button in the upper left corner. Once you have coins on your account, you can transfer them to the desired character in the game using the personal account.

Our server allows an in-game bot system for convenience. Simply enter .play to set up simple tasks for your character. However, any external bots or third-party software remain prohibited.
